Fireball ESSEN Motorshow Contest Terms and Conditions

1. Organizer

The contest is organized by Fireball Germany, hereinafter referred to as “the Organizer.”

2. Eligibility

Participants must be at least 18 years old at the time of entry.
Employees of Fireball Germany, their immediate family members, and anyone directly connected to the contest are not eligible to participate.
The Detailers’ Contest is open to professional car detailers only, while the General Public Contest is open to all other eligible participants.

3. Contest Period

The contest begins on November 30, 2024, at 09:00 AM CET and ends on December 8, 2024, at 4:59 PM CET.

4. How to Enter

Participants must fill out and submit the contest entry form available on the Fireball Germany website during the contest period.
The form must include the participant’s full name, email address, phone number, and location.
Participants must select the contest they are entering: Detailers’ Contest or General Public Contest.

5. Winner Selection

Two winners will be chosen randomly:
1. One winner for the Detailers’ Contest.
2. One winner for the General Public Contest.
The draw will take place on December 8, 2024, at the Fireball booth during the ESSEN Motorshow.

6. Prizes

Detailers’ Contest Winner: A Butterfly Graphene Ceramic with a premium Detailing Kit (includes: 1 Reborn 200ml, 1 Jet Towel, 1 Pirouette 200ml and a Black Fox Applicator).
General Public Contest Winner: A Complete Professional Detailing service with Fireball products, provided by a Fireball Germany partner located near their area.
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.

7. Notification of Winners

The winners will be announced at the Fireball booth and contacted via email or phone.
If a winner cannot be reached within 30 days, another winner will be selected.

8. Data Protection

By entering the contest, participants agree that their personal data will be used by Fireball Germany for the following purposes:
1. Administering the contest, including winner selection and prize distribution.
2. Sending updates and promotional emails about Fireball Germany products, events, and services.
Participants may withdraw their consent to receive promotional emails at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link in any email or contacting Fireball Germany directly.
All data will be stored securely and processed in accordance with GDPR and local data protection laws.

9. Publicity

The winners agree to the use of their name and likeness in promotional materials related to the contest.

10. General Conditions

The Organizer reserves the right to modify or cancel the contest in case of unforeseen circumstances.
Participation in the contest constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

11. Liability

The Organizer is not responsible for technical issues, incomplete entries, or other issues beyond their control.

12. Governing Law

This contest is governed by the laws of Germany, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Germany.
