1. Pre-clean the vehicle with water; a pressure washer is recommended.
2. Dilute the shampoo in a ratio of 1:1000. (Example: 10ml per 10L of water) Pour into the wash bucket and lather.
3. Wash all surfaces from top to bottom using a wash mitt (2 bucket method is recommended)
4. After the washing process, rinse the vehicle with clean water, then dry the vehicle with a drying towel.

* Do not allow the product to dry on the paintwork; do not use in direct sunlight.

Step 1:
Wash the vehicle thoroughly, including insect and rust remover if necessary.

Step 2:
Smooth the surface with a polish if needed.

Step 3:
Degrease thoroughly using a degreaser and a suitable microfiber cloth. Insufficient degreasing can impair the bonding of the coating, reducing its durability and performance.

Step 4:
Shake the product well before use.

Step 5:
Initially, apply approximately 10 drops to the enclosed applicator or a suede cloth, then always add approximately 5 more drops as soon as the applied coating visibly diminishes.

Step 6:
Apply the product evenly and without gaps in one direction from top to bottom over an area of approximately 60 x 60 cm. Always work on one component at a time.

Step 7:
After a drying time of 1 to 2 minutes, wipe off the product as soon as small drops appear on the application area. If no drops appear, wipe off within 5 to 7 minutes of application.
(We recommend sealing a small area before application to adjust the drying times to your ambient temperature).

Step 8:
Finally, polish off any excess with a new, soft microfiber cloth until no streaks remain. Do not apply too much pressure.

Step 9:
After applying the sealant, leave the vehicle in a dry room for 24 hours and avoid contact with water.

Processing instructions:
– If needed, a second layer can be applied after at least 30-90 minutes. Applying a further layer is not possible after 90 minutes. To do this, repeat steps 4 to 7.
– Do not use on hot surfaces or in direct sunlight.
– Do not process below 15 °C (optimal processing temperature: 20-25 °C).
Do not apply sealants in damp rooms. The humidity should not exceed 70%. Apply in good light and in a dust-free environment if possible.
Temperature and humidity play a major role in polishing.
– The curing time is at least 3 days, and complete curing takes at least 1 week.
– Process component by component.
– For bottles that have already been opened, carefully remove any crystals that have formed from the bottle opening to avoid scratches on the paintwork.

Aftercare:
Cleaning with our recommended shampoos should be sufficient to restore the ceramic coating to full functionality. Wash the vehicle thoroughly from top to bottom by hand using a wash mitt or wash pad (the two- bucket method is recommended). If the water-repellent effect diminishes, we recommend an occasional wash with PH3 shampoo.
Overuse of alkaline or acidic cleaners can damage the ceramic coating!
Depending on the vehicle’s usage and maintenance, the service life is approximately 1 year.
